On August 17, 77 years ago, the National Anthem vibrated by raising the heritage flag in the blue sky of Mother Earth, as a sign of the birth of the Republic of Indonesia.
This 77th Independence Day commemoration reminds us that there are ideals from Indonesia that need to be realized and namely the intellectual life of the nation, precisely stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. These ideals form the basis for every citizen to get a good education worthy.
Efforts to educate the nation's life is a joint task of citizens that must be done in mutual cooperation tirelessly and never stops.
Educating the nation's life is not the only task that must be carried out by teachers. However, education will run well if it is fought together between teachers, students and parents.
As today's young generation, we have an obligation to always study hard and seek knowledge. We must remember that what we have to fight for today is not as hard as the struggle of our predecessors during the colonial era.
Hopefully as our country grows older, it will also make us good citizens and have a cultured character that is in accordance with the ideals of the nation. Let's increase our spirit to continue to maintain and build Indonesia into a great and advanced nation.
